My strengths lie within my writing. I believe that if I pursue something that would require my writing, I would most likely succeed in the given endeavor.
Since this year was more academically rigorous, I learned how to work under pressure and set goals. Although I'm strong in writing and history, I need a lot of help in advanced math. Often, I forget advanced mathematical concepts after a month. This summer I would like to work on writing essays more quickly since this is necessary for the SAT. In addition, I would like to try to explore and understand why it is so difficult for me to retain advanced mathematical concepts. P.S. I look forward to next year's discussion boards!
I think my strengths in literature are interpreting symbolism, finding deeper meanings and connections in writing, understanding and writing poetry and writing descriptively, persuasively and informatively. I very much enjoy reading and writing, so I have continued using my literary skills even when not in school. As a result, my skills have greatly improved over the years. One of the things I want to improve, however, is my ability to write song lyrics. I enjoy writing poetry and have tried writing lyrics, but I find it more difficult to do because even though they are very similar, they are also very different. With lyrics you have to be more concerned with the way the words sound, as well as what they mean, so it creates an added challenge, which I want to master.

My strengths are Literature and Biology. I could definitely do better in Geometry and Spanish. Hey, nobody's good at everything.
Writing and grammer are both strengths for me. I would like to improve on reading comprehension skills.
